   Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and import of our products complies with local laws and regulations. We are not liable for confiscation, legal action, or customs issues arising from noncompliance.
3. Liability Waiver
   Darmstadt Munitions Works is not liable for injury, damage, or legal consequences resulting from improper use or misuse of our products. By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to buy such items.
4. Custom Orders
   Custom replicas are made to client specification and are non-refundable once production begins. Turnaround times may vary depending on complexity and queue.
5. Returns & Warranty
   Items are carefully inspected before shipment. Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the work. Returns are accepted for defective items only, and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for item return shipping costs.
